The River Ranch Cabins are seasonal cabins,
open from May to October in the
Heart of the Adirondacks.


We are located by the Ausable River next to the Town Beach where there is supervised swimming and a playground. Canoe and rowboats can launch directly into the Ausable River at the adjacent Town Beach.

 
Cabin Rates: Single Cabin Rate- $70/night or $400 week. Double cabin rate: $700/week $95 night (your seventh night is free!)

   1 cabin Sleeps 4 people
   (air conditioned)
   (1  queen bed & 1 full sized    futon)
   2 bedroom cabin sleeps 8 1    queen, 2 full sized futons & 2    single bunks
   (air conditioned)

Our 2 cabin full capacity provides the ideal, peaceful, sun dappled wooded setting for a quiet getaway or for a private family or small group reunion. (12 people)
